Forefathers Introduction

Hakeem Syed Mehmood Ali Shah Delhvi who was the Great Grandfather of Prof Dr Syed A.N Askari was awarded the title Messiah Ul Hind by Mughal King at the time of the Mughal Empire in 1836 and was Royal Physician. Hakeem Syed Mehmood Ali Shah went to London for the treatment of British Queen Victoria and King Goerge IV at the time of the British Empire at Buckingham Palace. Hakeem Syed Zafaryab Ali Shah Delhvi who was the grandfather of Prof. Askari was born in Delhi and migrated to Lahore from Delhi. He was the Royal Physician of seven states in the Empires of Osmania time period, Hyderabad, Dakan, Malaira Kotla, Rampur state, Loharou state, Khairpur Miras state, Khaipur state, and Junagarh. Hakeem Syed Zafar Askari the father of Prof Askari, was born in old city of Lahore at Paniwala Talab, the title of Hakeem Syed Zafar Askari was Tabbib ul Asar. He was Royal Physician of King Iran Raza Shah Pehlvi, King of Jordon Shah Hussain.

Introduction

Dr. Askari and his team have been leading the Askari Academy of Medicine for the past 40 years. They have organized free medical camps in Karachi, Punjab, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Kashmir and Balochistan, and in urban areas, where drug addicts and deserving people suffering from other diseases are treated and reformed free of charge. They have conducted awareness seminars on the importance of health among the public and organized health training programs for university and medical students. Through television, radio, and social media, they explain various health-related diseases and methods of prevention. Dr. Askari and his team have also been researching herbal medicine for the last 30 years on incurable and complex diseases. They have plans to build a health university college and hospital in the future. Dr. Askari has been counseling medical students in the medical colleges of Pakistan and foreign countries as well for the past 35 years.

Political and Human Right Activities

“In Pakistan, we have always been actively involved in the restoration of fundamental human rights, both in terms of political and human rights services. An important role in this regard was played by Hamiduddin Ahmed Al-Mashriqi, the leader of the Khaksar Movement in 1993, who led a hunger strike at Regal Chowk in Lahore to advocate for the rights of twenty million laborers. Prof Askari was the Medical incharge of this protest. The govt did not paid any attention but attacked the innocent protestors and arrested many of them including Prof Dr Askari and sent them to Kot Lakhpat Jail, Lahore. They continued their hunger strike. After this massive protest the National Assembly of Pakistan after 27 days passed a resolution for the rights of labours and granted them relief of loans of millions. Then released all of the arrested protestors too. After being released from jail, the citizens of Lahore celebrated with great joy, and even the opposition party joined in. Our efforts were successful, and people from all over the country celebrated our achievement by welcoming us everywhere, with millions of people participating.

Religious Activities

The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Azhar, worked at the international level to promote interfaith harmony. In this series of Muslim Unity, leaders from all religions, including Hindu, Sikh, Christian, and Zoroastrian, are working together to strive for peace, unity, and harmony.
In this series, lectures and programs are conducted in colleges, universities, international conferences, social media, newspapers, radio, etc. There is a copy of the Holy Quran at Shah Faisal Mosque in Islamabad, written in 406 different calligraphic styles. This manuscript is an encyclopedia of Islamic calligraphy spanning 1400 years of history. Professor Dr. Hakeem Askari conducted research, promotion, and also did all the artwork for the preparation of this Quranic manuscript.
One Parah of the Holy Quran is kept in Darul Ahsan, Sargodha, while the other one is kept in Darbar-e-Aaliya Hazrat Khawaja Muhammad Masoom Mehri Sharif, Khariyan, Gujarat. The artwork on both parts was done by Professor Dr. Hakeem Askari.
